Tussle between BCAS, CISF over handbag stamping

Yet another face-off between India’s premier aviation security agencies — Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) — was narrowly averted on Wednesday. This time too the issue was stamping of handbags at airports.
