Jaitley on GST: People have to adjust to the new culture of paying tax

"The GST rollout should be fairly smooth. There will be some glitches, which I am sure can be immediately rectified. These will be transition issues, which are there when you switch over from one system to another," finance minister Arun Jaitley told TOI.
