J&K cop lynching: 'Don't test limits of security forces,' Mehbooba warns

Even as police arrested two people in connection with the lynching of an on-duty police officer in Srinagar on Friday, J&K chief minister Mehbooba Mufti had strong words for Kashmiris: "This is not how you respond to restraint on the part of the police."
