NSG still unsure on India’s membership

The Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) plenary in Bern again ended inconclusively on the issue of India’s membership with China refusing to budge from its position that the 48-nation Group, which controls international nuclear commerce, first establish criteria for inclusion of non-NPT signatories as members.
