Office of profit case: Setback for AAP MLAs

A senior EC official told TOI that the Commission has for now ruled on the limited question of whether the disqualification petition against the 21 AAP MLAs from Delhi had become infructuous after the HC's quashing of their appointment order as parliamentary secretaries.
