SURAT: A married woman allegedly committed suicide over constant domestic tiffs in Varachha area of the city on Friday.
Mehul J Makwana was married to Kundan Vaghela some nine months ago.
Kundan lived with her husband and in-laws and other members of the family. However, she could not adjust in the family and used to have constant tiff with her husband and other family members on the issue of domestic work and other petty things.
However, her parents from Amreli arrived in the city and registered a complaint of abetment of suicide against her husband Mehul, father in law Jayram Makwana, mother in law Geeta Makwana , brother in law Bhavesh and sister in law Shoba Bhavesh Makwana .
"We are investigating the case. No arrests have been made as yet," said an official.
